Belly Dancing Basics - Level 1
Introduction to the basic movements of belly dancing. Class will cover isolations, undulations, basic steps, shimmies, and the 9 classic moves incorporating, the hips, back, shoulders and arms. Each class will cover the basic steps, isolations and at least one of the 9 classic moves to give students a proper foundation for the next level.
MONDAYS - 8pm at PEARL STUDIOS
WEDNESDAYS - 7pm at PEARL STUDIOS

Belly Dance Technique - Level 2
A 5 week cycle for the more experienced dancer. We'll refine some of the basic techniques and also explore some more challenging moves. Students will be taught how to layer isolations into combinations and form them into routines. Recommended for students who have taken Absolute beginner for up to 4-5 weeks. Pre-registration is required.
NEXT CYCLE STARTS TUES 1/10 - 7pm at PEARL STUDIOS

ZUMBA - Open to all Levels
Zumba combines high energy and exciting music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their cares & 500-700 calories. It is based on the idea that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO". Zumba participants party their way into shape to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a holistic "feel-good" workout. . .be prepared to sweat!

OUR GOAL is to give our students the kind of training that will turn them into rock-stars on the dance floor. Designed to be flexible enough to accommodate busy New York work schedules while providing a structured and systematic learning program.
